SHIPPING, Return, and Refund POLICY
TWINE offers USPS Standard Ground, USPS Priority, UPS 3-Day Select, and UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping on all of our products.
Standard Shipping is offered via USPS, UPS and takes 1-5 business days, depending on location and product mix. All orders will be processed and will leave the warehouse within 24hr Monday-Friday. We are closed on the weekends.
International Shipping
TWINELIFE.com does not offer international shipping at this time.

How to Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a refund minus return shipping. Refunds can only be issued for products purchased and payment processed on this website. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us at 678-242-9680 and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product and attach a photo.
